At The Barefoot Ranch, we believe that education is a key component to contributing to good horse welfare.
The more people learn about horses, their needs, how to safely interact with them, the better life will be for horses.
Horses also enrich our lives in so many ways. They teach us about patience, responsibility, compassion, resilience, and of course love. Horses live in herds, relying on each other to stay safe. They have so much to teach us about taking care of each other.
Each of our education programs are designed to enhance the horse-human relationship.
