This is Buddy, he is a 15-year-old registered quarter horse and he is one of the few horses on the ranch that were purchased. Buddy was born on my brother’s ranch in Saskatchewan and was raised and trained by him. He was purchased as a 12th birthday gift for my son. They taught each other a lot and learned to trust each other over the past thirteen years.
At this time Buddy is considered Mr. Reliable, he is very sensible and is the first horse we put someone on with little to no riding experience. He is second in command to Tina and is very loving and trustworthy with people, but none of the horses would dare try to push him around.
